Silicon steel is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Duplex 2205 /31803 Flanges. We make flanges using various metals and alloys. We use UNS 31803 and UNS 32205, respectively, in Duplex Material. Duplex 31803 is the most common grade used in duplex containing 4% molybdenum, 25% chrome, and 7% nickel alloy. It has high mechanical strength and provides excellent resistance to stress cracking, chloride corrosion, and cracking. Duplex 32205 consists of 22% chromium, 3% molybdenum and 5-6% nickel. Two phases of corroded metal, ideal for applications requiring excellent resistance to corrosion and strength.
